Find comprehensive answers to commonly asked questions here.

How much does payment processing cost?

There is no setup fee when using our solutions. Processing fees will vary depending on many variables like your industry, chargeback rate, in-person or online transactions, etc.. We diligently look at your business and create a personalized rate specifically for you that's competitive and cost efficient.

How long will it take to begin accepting card payments?

Domestic merchants take on average 3-7 business days and international merchants can take up to 10-14 business days. This is because of our in-depth underwriting process to ensure we can deliver what we promise.

How long does it take to be paid out and for funds to arrive in our account?

Typically the payout period is anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on your industry. We will be able to give you a concrete answer as we learn more about your business.

Why are your solutions the best?

Unlike traditional processors, we take the time to see what's the best processing solution for your business. Every mainstream processor like Stripe or PayPal doesn't spend the time to look into your business the way they should before onboarding. We look at your business and see what fits you best in terms of your risk, volume, what you're selling, online or in-person, future plans, and give you access to our network of partnered banks that most businesses only wish they could process with.

Do you guys hold money in reserves?

It's very rare for us to put a reserve on your processing account. The main reason this would happen is because you're getting a lot of unexpected chargebacks or you're scaling very quickly without letting us know in advance. In the case that we place a reserve on your account, we release the funds after a 30 day rolling period. This can all be mitigated on the front end with clear communication about your future plans with your business.

Do I get any customer support?

Yes! You get to leverage our portfolio of 20+ banking partners and all of their customer support lines. If you have questions you can reach us directly, your own rep, or call your processing bank to get real answers from real people.
